On the principle of screw extrusion, the multi-disk sludge dewatering screw press is a new type of solid-liquid separation equipment to realize the extrusion and dewatering of sludge by means of the strong pressure produced by changing screw diameter and screw pitch as well as the slight gap between the moving ring and fixed ring.

Principle of Structure of Multi-disk Sludge Dewatering Screw Press:
The main body of our multi-disk sludge dewatering screw press is a kind of filtration device composed of multiple fixed ring and moving ring, with the spiral shaft running through it. The front section is the concentration part and the rear section is for dewatering. In this case, the concentration, extrusion and dewatering of sludge can be finished in a barrel so that the traditional filter cloth and centrifugal filtering can be replaced in such an unique and subtle way. 
                  
Dewatering Principle of Multi-disk Sludge Dewatering Screw Press:
After gravity concentration at the concentration section, the sludge shall be sent into the dewatering section. In the process of going forward, with progressively smaller filtration slit and pitch of screw as well as the blocking effect of backpressure plate, great pressure produces and the volume is reduced constantly, thus achieving the purpose of thorough dewatering.
